About Us
Enclosure Solutions & Facades is a leading exterior enclosure contractor specializing in all types of rainscreen systems and applications of metal panels, extruded aluminum cladding, natural stone, porcelain stoneware, fiber cement, UHPC panels, foam insulated panels, corrugated metal panels, terra cotta, architectural louvers and louver screen walls, aluminum composite panels and aluminum plate panel systems. We are focused on providing state-of-the-art products and innovative solutions to suit the needs of our clients.
Enclosure Solutions & Facades engineers our own backup systems specifically designed for the variety of our cladding products. We offer full service design assistance to our valued customers. We work closely with architects, owners and contractors to develop and implement the best and most realistic solutions that accomplish design intent and criteria.
Enclosure Solutions & Facades performs our own installations with our dedicated and skilled union workforce. We are signatory with Sheet Metal Workers and we pursue work across the United States of America.

Design and Engineering
Our systems are fully designed & engineered for project specific requirements and criteria. We offer full service stamped calculations for our systems. In addition, we are able to provide our own project shop drawings, design-assistance & fully engineered supports for all of the cladding systems we offer.
Cladding/Rainscreen Consulting
With over 100 years of combined construction and rainscreen knowledge, we are able to assist owners, designers and help the project team realize their design intentions. Our ability to assist during the design phase leads to energy-efficient and constructable cladding design solutions.
Cost Analysis and Budgeting
Enclosure Solutions specializes in providing realistic budgets. We pride ourselves on our responsive and thorough budgeting process with shared take-offs, costing and extensive proposal writing. During the pricing phase, our evaluation of project details and design often provide owners and general contractors more accurate project and budgetary pricing. To that end, ES&F is technologically driven and utilizes AutoCAD, On-Screen Take-Off, Rhinoceros 3D, along with a host of other computerized software to complete our estimates and proposals.

Hanscom AFB MIT Lincoln Laboratory – Bedford, MA: Furnish and install approximately 30,400-SF of custom Terra Cotta rainscreen wall panels, 7,000-SF of Aluminum Composite rainscreen wall panels, 1,600-SF of Morin corrugated wall panels and 1,845-SF of Airflow architectural louvers. Contractor is Gilbane Federal | Exyte
1120 Façade Replacement – Oak Park, IL: Furnish and Install approximately 3,600-SF of Dri Design EN-V custom aluminum plate rainscreen wall panels with necessary support attachment system. Contractor is Hammer Construction.
Lululemon – Columbus, OH: Furnish, Design, and Install approximately 8,680-SF of Kingspan foam insulated wall panels for additional office space at existing distribution facility. Contractor is CLAYCO.
Riverfront at Promenade Park – Ft Wayne, IN: Install approximately 10,200-SF of custom fabricated AFAB architectural sheet metal panels, install approximately 11,700-SF of Longboard extruded wall and soffit panels. Contractor is FA Wilhelm, Install contract with Spohn Associates.
Med Properties – Oak Brook, IL: Furnish, Design, and Install approximately 8,530-SF of custom fabricated aluminum composite wall panel system with custom profiles, furnish and assist with design approximately 11,200-SF of custom fabricated ACM panels to be glazed into curtain wall system. Contractor is Pepper Construction, design build contract with Glass Solutions.
UIC Injection Building – Brook, IN: Design and Furnish approximately 9,560-SF of corrugated metal wall and standing seam metal roofing material. Contractor is HD Industrial.
Microsoft CHI10 Project – Elk Grove Village, IL: Furnish, Design, and Install approximately 33,500-SF of custom fabricated corrugated aluminum panel system with multiple profiles and perforation, approximately 1,600-SF of custom fabricated ACM panel entry canopy and support systems for both systems specifically designed for all panels on the project. Design/Build Contract with CLAYCO.
Team Audi – Hobart, IN: Furnish, Design, and Install of +2,000-SF custom fabricated aluminum composite wall panel system. Design-assist with Hasse Construction and Team Audi Ownership.
Crown Point Dental Project – Crown Point, IN: Design and furnish of +3,600-SF custom rainscreen wall panel systems including thin-brick and wood siding, custom fabricated aluminum coping and flashings.
University of Chicago Woodlawn Project – Chicago, IL: Design and furnish of +60,000-SF custom aluminum composite wall panel system and backpan assemblies for integration into curtain wall system. Design-assist with Turner Construction.
